Blackbox Space

$380 flat fee (4 hours)

$50 cleaning fee

 

Garden Space

$150 cleaning fee 

 

Events over 4 hours are an extra $75 per hour.
10% discount for bookings over 6 hours.

Additional 
Open Bar (Wine/Beer/Spirits)

$100 1.5 hours

Catering (Fruit/Crackers/Cheese)

$50

​

Catering (Chicken/Rice/Macaroni Salad[v])

$75

Includes all necessary utensils.
